The New Mexico Wildlife Corridors Action Plan
Dr. Cramer led a team of wildlife ecologists, engineers, and GIS specialists to create New Mexico’s Wildlife Corridors Action Plan. This plan identifies areas where wildlife need to cross roads in their movements, and the top priority projects for New Mexico Department of Transportation to create wildlife crossing structures. It is the first Wildlife Corridors Action Plan in the U.S. and was released July, 2022. See more below.
